How to get to San Benedetto

 
San Benedetto del Tronto is located on the Adriatic coastline and crossed by the national road SS16,  by the highway A14 and by the railway Milan-Taranto, so it is easily reachable by car or by train from all parts of Italy.

From south or from north you can get to San Benedetto through fhe National Road SS16 or through the Highway A14.

Coming from Rome, you can drive all along the A/24 highway (Roma - L'Aquila - Giulianova) then take the A/14 junction towards Ancona. You can also go through the picturesque ancient Roman road the "Salaria Road"  (Rome - Rieti - Ascoli Piceno - Porto d'Ascoli).

From Florence, you can exit at Val di Chiana pay toll of 'Autostrada del Sole' A1 and follow this motorway direction: Perugia - Foligno, Muccia, Macerata - Civitanova, S. Benedetto.

San Benedetto del Tronto is linked to the most important Italian Cities by the main railways lines: Milan - Bologna - Ancona - Pescara - Lecce line and from Rome (Rome - Terni - Falconara - Ancona - San Benedetto) or (Rome - Pescara -  San Benedetto).

San Benedetto del Tronto is situated between two important airports, ''Raffaello Sanzio'' airport at Falconara/Ancona (60 miles from San Benedetto) and ''Aeroporto Internazionale d'Abruzzo'' in Pescara (40 miles away). They are linked to the most important Italian and European towns and to some eastern European capital cities.
